iBook G4 Kernel Panics and Freezing

Hi, So, Last week, I got a Kernel Panic, which hasn't happened as long as I have had this laptop. Now, yesterday, I got a Kernel Panic and it was different from any other that I have seen. Words were brought down onto the screen in little black rectangles. But, It didn't say anything about restarting, or anything like a normal one would. So I restarted, and it started up, and as usual, FireFox and AIM opened. When I started to use AIM I got a regular Kernel Panic, telling me to restart. So I did, But, It wouldn't turn on. I got 3 beeps and the sleep light flashing. So it did this every time I tried to resart. I tried replacing the RAM because I heard that might be the problem, but no luck. But, Maybe 5 hours later, It started right up, and I got the message about it resarting and stuff. But now, it's freezing a lot, like for minutes at a time. I usually close the lid for it to sleep, and when it wakes it's fine. I'm scared to turn it off because i'm afraid it won't start back up. Is there anything I can do to help this not happen again, or know what's causing this? I have a Kernel Panic log If anyone wants to see it.

Here's one of them, I don't know which it is as the times were screwed up.
