Final Cut Pro 7 Editing issue!!!!

Hello,

I'm trying to cut down a movie but when I make a cut in the timeline it always cuts just the video or just the audio, requiring me to make 2 cuts! Please help me!

Edit: NEVERMIND. Got it!

Ok, have you got you track selectors on?
btw they're near the track locks

failing that just highlight the tracks you wanna cut then go ctrl v
:D
