Wanting to upgrade the RAM on a 2009 white unibody macbook and was looking for advice from anyone who has experience with this. I think 2x2GB will be enough, could you hit me up with some links for the best/cheapest options and also let me know how easy hard it is. Is it just a case of unscrewing the bottom case, unplugging old and plugging in new?

That doesnt really help at all to be honest. I know 8GB is cheap but 4GB is even cheaper and on Apple support it says max memory for this macbook is 4GB (dont know if thats accurate but 4GB is plenty for whats getting done on this laptop).
I want to check basically is it SODIMM:

I should be getting as it says the memory for this mac is Double Data Rate Small Outline Dual Inline Memory Module (DDR SO-DIMM) format. I know its SODIMM but just want to clarify as the hyphon is throwing me off lol Dont want to accidently order the wrong one like a right idiot.
My Next question is the RAM states PC3-8500 DDR3 1066 MHz Type RAM, do I have to get 1066MHz RAM for it to be compatible or is for example PC3-10600 1333MHz compatible and is it better in anyway like larger processor speeds are faster? For Example...
