hey guys,
this is my first mac so i'm not sure what to look for checking the activity monitor, i just want to check there's nothing there that shouldn't be there basically. there only things i've installed are, aperture, iWork and safari, tutor for lion and google chrome. I've had the beach ball a few times on the app store and in safari and i know i'm probably being paranoid but it'd be good if someone could just let me know if there's anything suspect here
