Just want to make sure on RAM

Sorry guys another "will this work thread" I looked back a few pages and couldn't find anything specific.

looking to upgrade the RAM in mt 27" imac (newest model) and I just want to make sure this works, and let you guys know that it looks like a really good deal.
Any of you guys bought this RAM?

Also it seems like this would also work in my 2010 15" MBP, is that correct?

Sorry to bother but does anybody know if this will run in a 2010 Macbook Pro also? the memory in that is 1066Mhz and this is 1333. Does that mean it will just slow it down to the 1066?
