AMD 7000 series for new Mac Pro?

So what you're saying is that the new Mac Pros will have a 6000 series GPU?

I'll be very impressed if the new MP gets the latest GPUs.

We are usually left a generation behind.

4870 was released 6 months after the 2008 MP.
5870 was released 6 months after the 2009 MP.
6870 was released 3 months after the 2010 MP.

We could be lucky here and the 7870 will be released with the 2011 MP

I think it's safe to say that the 2011 MP's will ship with the 6000 series
