High GPU Temps with Lion?

I'm seeing higher temperatures on my GPU under Lion, what gives?

I'm running 10 to 15 degrees hotter across the board, GPU, Diode and the Heatsink since upgrading to Lion. 😕

Tried to install the graphics updates Apple released today and it says not supported on my system...
 
A lot of us are getting that. That's what caused all of my freezes. Put a fan facing on the back of my iMac and cranked up the fans with smsFanControl and i rarely freeze/crash now. It's definitely an issue with Lion. Never froze on Snow Leopard. Never.
