scrolling in other apps is perfectly fine. but with safari, it is jumpy. anybody experiencing the same issue?

would you say the scrolling is as smooth as in leopard or snow leopard?

There are suggestions in other threads that this happens mostly prior to a page being fully loaded.

It can be a bit laggy, yes. Especially if it has been running for at long time. In my experience it starts to go wrong when you get over 2-3 days. Quitting and relaunching usually fixes it, and with Resume it's only a minor nuisance to do so.
