So I flip on my TV, and the very first thing I see is a commercial for some Christian rock CD for children (http://www.musicspacekids.com/product.asp?catalog%5Fname=MusicSpace2&category%5Fname=Music&product%5Fid=MS1211).
And in the middle of all the typical scrolls listing the songs on the CD, they intersperse cuts like this (http://users.adelphia.net/~tjveil/images/iPod-ad.jpg).
Now, I don't remember seeing an actual iPod, but other than that, the images were virtually identical -- silhouettes dancing energetically against rotating vibrant primary colors.
It was just a kind of weird juxtaposition.
And I wonder if, iPod or not, Apple's attorneys would be interested in that ad.
