I have a US iTunes account and an ATV2 but I live in Canada. I can't seem to get the ATV2 to show the rent option for tv shows. I can rent movies no problem. The location is set to US and I've tried several factory resets. Anyone get this to work?
I've also tried setting up a US VPN to see if that made a difference. Unfortunately it doesn't present the option.
