Change Boot up screen. how?

i know its possible to change the boot up white window to a picture but i forgot how. anybody here that can point me in the right direction?

Just upgraded to Tiger and i can no longer change the boot screen.

Do a search of the machine for the word BootPanel they may have moved it.
