did anyone notice that if they look far enough, they'll find the torrent to tiger? I'm not going to d/l it... but wouldn;t apple tell them to get it off their server?

Probably, but I guess it depends what country it is in.

If they are doing a recall you'd probably be demanding a trans shipment.

The new one arrives at your door and you ship it back at the same time.

But I can see a severe penalty coming to the retailer for breaking the rules.
