New iPads for business use, how to handle iTunes accts? Help!

I have to integrate 6 iPads into our business, what is the best way to handle activation/iTunes accounts for them? Do I just create individual accounts and link them to a corporate CC? Do I create 1 account and link them all to it?

In both of those scenarios, how do I then enable the users to use the iPads on another computer?

What my school does is have one iTunes account and has all of the iPads running under it. If you create multiple accounts you will have to buy the apps 6 different times since you said you have to integrate 6 iPads.
