How to capture from miniDV camera when my iMac doesn't have entry for firewire (400)

Hi everybody, I'm new here 🙂
I've got about 25 mini DV's to capture from a miniDV Camera and I recently bought the new iMac which doesn't have an entry for firewire 400, what's the best way to go about this?

Firewire 800?

FireWire 400 and 800 are compatible with each other. You just need the right adapter/cable.

Step 1: Go to www.monoprice.com
Step 2: Find a Firewire 400-to-800 cable.
Step 3: Order it.
Step 4: Wait for it to arrive.
Step 5: ???
Step 6: Profit!

Sorry guys, it was kind of obvious wasn't it. lol
Thank you so much for responding. I just bought a 800/400 cable online from a brazilian site. I just hope there are no drop frames when capturing, 25 miniDV's is quite a chunk of time. 🙂
