My Cast weather app ruined by update. Can I get the old one back?

I really liked the My Cast weather app. Although it was a bit expensive for a weather app, I appreciated the thoughtful and elegant design. No more. The maker, Digital Cyclone, just released a terrible update that I foolishly downloaded with out checking reviews. They've added some nice features but the beautiful weather icons are gone and the nice maps are replaced by cluttered Bing maps.

Is there anyway to recover the previous version? I already synced with iTunes. What about Cydia?
