Hi,

About to buy a mac mini and want to connect it to my existing Dell monitor which I've used with my older MBP until now.

I've read about some people having problems with the HDMI connection (blurry, poor colour reproduction). Can someone confirm this monitor works OK with the mini?

What's the best way to connect - HDMI or DVI? and can someone recommend the cable I need to buy? Would prefer HDMI as it allows audio doesn't it?

Thanks a lot.

I have the prior model (Dell 2407WFP) hooked up at first with the included HDMI to DVI adapter and now a HDMI/DVI cable. Both worked just fine.

However.....

I bought a smaller length DVI cable and it gave my monitor some display issues with flicker and some specks that was eliminated with my longer cable or the ones first mentioned above. Just to let you know that some cables can be bad.
