Hello,

I have a 60GB SSD that I'm designating just for the OS and applications. I have a another 1TB drive to use for everything else.

I want to make sure the 60GB drive isn't filled with any non OS and application data.

All my user folders like documents, downloads, music, pictures, desktop are linked the to 60 GB drive. I don't want to fill this drive up with that stuff. How do i make all those default folders be on my other 1TB HD?

Can anyone tell me the best way to accomplish this?

Any advise much appreciated.

Thanks!

One thing to do is go to iTunes Preferences and make sure the iTunes Media File Location is set to the drive, instead of the internal HD.
