Safari Not Remembering...

Its just a minor thing but its an annoyance none the less. It used to be when i closed my Safari window it remembered where its last window location was, after i ran 10.3.9 it always will start at the top of the screen no matter what i do... my ibook seems to remember its Safari location.. Not sure if there is anything i can do but i thought i would plea for help anyhow :P
