I am really desperate for help. Somehow my sArtfile.bin in /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/CoreUI.framework/Versions/A/Resources
got corrupted. Now when I login into any account finder repetedly crashes and I can't use the os.
I realized that i could solve this by reinstalling lion in the recovery disk. The problem is that it doensn't let me download lion again from the app store because it says that my account hasn't downloaded lion.
I know I could just format the hd and i would not mind to do that but i have a lot of photos that are extremely important and I don't want to lose them.
Can someone help me with this? Please?

Also created a lion boot disk so i could install it without downloading it from the app store but my macbook ejects it without letting me use it. Also tried with the snow leopard dvd that came with my macbook.
