I always liked General Veers (Julian Glover, who leads the AT-AT assault on Hoth), because (1) his last name is COOL and (2) he's actually the most competent Imperial officer in all of Star Wars... he does his job well, doesn't end up on the receiving end of a Force choke, and doesn't get killed by the Rebels.
