Disable link telephone in Safari Ipad

I need disable link telephone in Safari Ipad. To disable in pages HTML, used:
<meta name='format-detection' content='telephone=no'/>
But I need to disable in Word documents that I'm viewing in Safari browser.
Is that possible?
