Download Bootcamp update package directly from Apple and run it. It will update this way.

I have Downloaded the 3.3 update and that give me an error that says:
The Boot Camp version currently on your system does not require this update

and the 3.2 tells me:
The Boot Camp 3.2 Update requires Boot Camp 3.1 or greater. please install Boot Camp 3.1 before proceeding with the install of the 3.2 Update

and I can not find 3.1

Edit:
I just found 3.0 on the pirate bay and will try that

Edit2:
after i used the 3.0 from the pirate bay the apple software updater started working
so problem solved :D
