does anyone know if the family pack comes with seperate disks for each license or is it just one disc with 5 license?

One disc 5 licenses. My box had a single license booklet with a paper addendum saying that I had the right to install on five household computers. Aka... same package with a piece of people stuffed inside saying I could install on more than one computer. (There was a "Family Pack" sticker on the box too.
