Itunes match oside us "hack"?

Is there a way to register for the itunes match service outide of the US? Itunes content can be bought with a us itunes account and gift cards. Has anyone tried iTunes match with gift card or prepaid credit card from outside the us?

According to some of the other threads it won't work because it's a recurring fee so there needs to be a credit card on file with apple to buy the service.

There is this site, called JerryCards - they can provide you with a working iTunes Match solution. Try them, I've used their service dozens of times and never has it failed.

problem is they want a verified US credit card, that matches the US address you need to supply them with.:(
