Uninstalling iTunes

Good Evening Mac Rumors Team,

For some reason iTunes isn't updating. I want to uninstall and reinstall it. I have a windows PC and I was wondering if I uninstall it and re download it form Apple will all my items that I backed up from 2 ipods, iPhone 4, and iPad remain on there somehow? or will I lose everything? Thanks for the help!
