View Full Version : New Height Reaced in SL! 100,000 meters!

Yup that's right. 100,000 meters.

to make a long story short, I (Rabid Penguin) Had handed my friend(eric penguin A skydiving elevator which he edited to go up to 100,000 meters! the highest anyone has gotton before this is 4,000(because objects de-rez at that height) meters! We both went up, but he had to sign off at 75,000m. I went on to 100,000.

the funny thing is, i found another glitch! when I landed, I bounced right out of the world boundry!

SL history books, here I come!

interesting, as you get higher, the horizon goes from blue to pink to blue, then to white w/brown edges...then it just pops out of existence.(yes, my hea is backwards-after a while, the avatar starts to distort.)

Ok, I'll bite. I'll even play it for a little while, if it's free. If I wanted to pay for an online game I'd be on WoW. but this looks somewhat funner for me.

Hmm, I go to their site and am offered a free 7-day trial. I click the link and it asks for credit card details! :eek:

But judging by how slow their web server is, I have difficulty believing that the game would be usable :rolleyes:
