So, hate netflix and their new terms. Any chance blockbuster is coming to apple TV? (since that would compete with Apple's crappy offerings I'm guessing not)

There's always a chance but if I had to make a guess, I'd say probably not--not in Apple's nature to hitch ther wagons to a dying company.

Personally I watch a lot on www.movie2k.com; it shows films currently in the cinemas, as well as a great selection of other films PLUS many television shows -- all for free.

Amazon's Video on Demand service is the closest thing to Netflix streaming that I've seen. So far, when I have checked periodically, Amazon's service seems to have less content available for streaming than Netflix; at least for items that are free to stream with a Prime membership. Most of the titles that I would have liked to stream were pay to play, but I know that they are expanding their selection.
No idea if it will ever come to Apple TV, but almost every other device supports it, including most connected TVs and Roku.

I have been using a new Blockbuster product that has been made possible by the merger with Dish, which is pretty cool. I travel for my company on a regular basis almost weekly so the streaming aspect of the service is important to me. My Dish team meets in various cities so we rely on our iPads or laptops to keep us on track and ready to go via the fantastic apps available for our wonderful technology these days. The service I love is called Blockbuster@ Home that really makes Netflix look like a wannabe service. I use the live streaming the most which is somewhere in the thousands available to my iPad or laptop via my DVR with internet connection. My hubby uses the Blu-ray, DVD, and of course the Games by mail and there is no extra charges which blew our minds when we heard that. With out late fees or due dates the service really helps make my passion for film work out nicely and made it easy to say goodbye to Netflix.
