I actually read the full in print version of these reviews in March this year when I purchased the magazine. The reviews obviously relate to Panther, but I found the whole review to be a good balance of ALL the operating systems out there and their merits.

I just happened to be looking around the sight earlier and spotted the link and decided to post it.
winmacguy. Also thought Id keep Mudbug buisy ;)

It also helps that it is 5pm 01 May 2005 (Sunday evening for me! :) ) so I can check out all the Tiger related stories on the web.

I can't take anything seriously from that site. I have never seen a professional magazine/site say this at the beginning of their article:

Let's be up font about this. PC Authority believes Microsoft's Windows XP Professional is the best operating system for mainstream use. It's not perfect by a long shot, but in the right hands it's a stable platform with exceptional hardware and software support.

while in the upper right corner of their website they have a warning stating that the CD that shipped with their last issue had a VIRUS on it.

Unless of course, by exceptional software support they mean "It'll run any virus out there!"

That might be because all of the mainstream accounting and CRM type software that has been written for XP and not for OSX.
They do give Apple the vote for best digital content creation platform.

its been a while since i read apc mainly cause i dont get it in the uk since i moved back there but i did get a letter posted in it once ... But that had nothing to do with Ms and its supper OS more along the lines of linux before i found the Mac platform .. All ive noticed is that a lot of reviews of tiger seem to stem on spotlight and widgets but very little info regarding of speed and performance of the OS itself ..

As for there disk having a virus it had to happen some time ..
