Tiger/Doom3/Cursor in the middle of the screen

I have upgraded to Tiger and Doom 3 plays fine, but now there is a black cursor in the middle of the screen all the time. Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone have a cure?

I have the same proble with ET. I read that the DivX plugin causes this for many games including Doom 3. So, you have to remove this plugin and everything should work fine again.

Doom3 + ANY Macintosh = Crapstorm

doom 3 is actually running much better in Tiger.. with Tiger and 1.5GB ram, i'm able to play at the full resolution of my 17" PB.. as i just upgraded from a G3 ibook, i'm quite impressed that a laptop can handle a game like doom.
