Wouldn't you know it that just one month outside of my Incase Slider's warranty expired, it cracked near the earphone plug. I'm really bummed, considering how expensive this case was.

damn that really sucks. Things breaking in general sucks, with or without warranty, but its worse when its a product that is supposed to be good quality.

Just give them a call and tell them the pb! They might give an exception to get it replace for free this time only if they really care about customer service like Apple.

Mine started cracking too, despite me never having dropped my phone with the case on. The first crack was subtle, but the other ones starting popping up shortly after

Where did you get your case?? Best buy or ebay? ebay is full of counterfeits
