4(s) cases that will fit inside an armband?

I will be upgrading from my 3GS to a 4s and I currently run using an armband and Nike plus gps. I want something that will protect my iPhone from drops (I do that a lot) and fit in my armband. I really wantthe candyshell but I doubt that will fit in the armband.

So any cases that have protection and will fit org at are relatively easy to take off and put back on? I use an xtrememac armband for iPhone.
