Any seller references? Can you get a pic of the dead pixel area?

Price negotiable? I know recently people were able to get that monitor for around $360 new.

Hi.

I usually don't sell stuff (not ebay seller or anything). :(

I'll hook it and take some pics.

I can also put my and your addresses in the UPS calculator and find out how much shipping would be. We can negociate at least knowing the shipping costs.

would you like me to hook it up to a PC or a mac to take a picture of the green dot?

I will PM this info by 9:30 PST.

post here if you can not get PMs.

thanks

LOL, I first came into this thread thinking that you were selling in order to get one of the new iMac G5's. For I was thinking about selling mine that I got in December to help with the purchase of a the new updates.

Good luck on selling it. It sounds like a good deal for someone.

ok. managed to take some photos of the screen.

they are not the most clear but they all show the lower left area of the screen where the green dead pixel is.

I discovered that unless the screen is black or dark blue it is VERY hard to even see the green dead pixel.

must be some combo of colors. but i can only see it if i a) really look hard and b) have a dark blue or black desktop set.

all these photos show the area but i don't think you will be able to see it:
