Revert to Orig. and Rearrange

Two seperate questions really, hopefully both very basic:

I searched but came up mostly empty handed except for this:
Orig Icon Thread (http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=111070&highlight=original+icons) , which as the last poster stated, how do I use this bundle?
Basically I switched a few icons using Pixadex, and I cannot seem to get them to return to the regular 'standard' icon that OSX uses.

Second, browsing through the "'insert month' Desktops" threads I have seen many people with their Apple Bars (is this what they are even called?) up top where the icons on the right are all re-arranged, in different orders than how it comes. How can one achieve customization up in the bar??

Most icons can be changed to their originals by selecting the icon in a file/folder's get info window in Finder, then hitting the delete key.

You can hold down the command key and drag them to rearrange them.
