It didnt work on my machine after I upgraded to 10.4. I e-mailed Aspyr and here how they answered:
"...With that said, we are currently looking into an issue in which KOTOR crashes in OS 10.4 on computers with Nvidia cards. We hope a to have a fix for this soon..."
It seems that its not only me who have problems with this game...
