Do I remove my sim card if i sell my Iphone 4?

If I get the 4s..Activate it then try and sell my iphone 4 do i need to remove the sim card. Or do i sell the phone with it?
 
So sell my iPhone 4 without a sim? I am a little confused. Will the 4s come with a new sim?
 
The SIM card is YOUR phone number and account. Yes you remove it when you sell your phone.
