Whats your Order Status for your 4S on the Apple Store?

Processing Items. That's going to be the status until Preparing for Shipment.

They should begin to show as Preparing for Shipment in the Monday/Tuesday timeframe.

Shipped will be Wednesday/Thursday.

Then we'll all begin to bombard the FedEx and/or UPS sites. We'll be tracking flights from China using FlightAware. People will be stalking the airplanes coming into Anchorage. Some pics of the FedEx and/or UPS planes on the runway will filter into the forum.

If this release follows previous patterns, that is. 🙂

that was so much fun last year. I loved stalking the plane my iPhone was on. 😀
 
Tracking the iProduct is half the fun!

This is a picture I made during the iPad 2 days after a lot of our units got stuck in Lantau Island for 4 whole days. We were all freaking out (yet the iPads were delivered on schedule.)

Good times.

Pretty sure it won't show as shipped until the night before, after they've arrived in the US.

Same here. Once I get the tracking number, it's going to be on a big widget on my desktop.

For the previous releases, it showed as shipped once Apple delivered the phones to the shipper in Shenzhen.

We can track the shipments before they enter the US.
 
All Apple models now say "Ships: 1-2 weeks"

If you ordered before it said that then you will probably get it this Friday
 
I won't be visiting that screen too much. That cancel order button is too BIG for my liking. 😱

right?! Every time I go to check my status I have a mini heart attack thanks to that stupid big ass CANCEL button. 😱 It gets me every time!

And of course techdude will be there to alleviate our woes and worries of the FedEx/UPS guy dropping our box in the wrong bin 😉 I mean, if we follow previous releases, of course... 🙂
 
Preparing

Mine says "Preparing for shipment". Woo!

Also I have what may be kind of a dumb question. In my confirmation email from Apple (I ordered from Apple's site), the message included this bit: "As soon as your iPhone ships, we'll send you additional information, including your phone number".

This is a bit confusing, because I ordered my phone as an upgrade with my old number, not as a new line or number. Is this just a generic message that goes out with all of the iPhone orders, or should I be worried that they're going to be trying to give me a different number?

Mine says Processed, not processing.

Maybe I got lucky somehow since I've bought every single iOS device you can buy, haha. Just kidding, I don't know why mine says that. Most likely an error.
 
I got the second email today. I added a line to get the new phone, and they also had my new number in the email.
