I honestly think we're seeing something big going on... one chap at work who poo-poohed our Macs and my obsession in the past confessed that he had a dream last night about buying a Mac (don't we all) and was planning to get a PM within the next 12 months.

*cue angelic choir*

The Halo effect is real.

I've been amazed by the coverage Tiger has been receiving, I think people are beginning to realise that Apple make computers as well

There's not been much on the BBC website, when I've dropped on it. The Independant is normally very positive on Apple products, but not sure "Tiger" will make the 1000 word vocabulary or hit the radar of the generic UK tabloid press. :D

i'm glad apple and tiger are getting so much publicity, particularly in the UK, but I am surprised thatTiger has been raqved about so much because I didn't really think its a 'major' upgrade from Panther.
