View Full Version : Which Leather Snap-on Case?

I have decided to upgrade from a black 4 (32gb) to a white 4S (64gb), and although I went through various cases with the 4, the handset ended up naked after month 2.

I want to protect my next purchase with a simple but timeless designed leather snap-on case (to use with a PS Crystal front film) and so far I have narrowed my choices down to:

Zenus Vintage Brown http://www.zenuscase.net/product-29813.html

and

SGP Vintage Edition Grip http://www.amazon.co.uk/SGP-Leather-Genuine-Protector-Included/dp/B0047Q6FM0/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1318178411&sr=8-2

Anyone own either of the above, or have a similar case they can recommend?

Or are there any other cases I should be looking at? Doesn't necessarily have to be vintage style (although I wasn't too keen on SGP's other leather snap-on cases). My budget is 70 max.

I don't seem to have any luck with cases, the Griffin Elan Leather case scuffed up the chrome on my 3G, the Apple Bumper marked the chrome on the 4.

Are these soft inner leather cases safe to use without damaging the chrome on the phone? The last thing I want is another case to scratch my shiny new purchase (incidentally, the only reason I have OCD on this matter is so I can get a good price when I sell it).

Regards

Is that for the ivolution Grip?

Looks nice, but there is no protection whatsoever on the top corner (camera). Would be worried about the bezel scuffing if dropped.
