I know taht doesn't help at all but its trance /electronica...sonds a lot like Telepopmusik. I heard it at Sound Bar and I've been trying to figure out who the artist and the name of the song was.

Could be either the original or a remix of a Steve Winwood song from the 80's Valerie

the lines
