i know that ios5 is comming out on the 12th but i read that we could see 10.7.2 early along with itunes (i seen this came off a japan website)

Well 10.7.2 is needed to support iCloud so it will be needed before iOS 5 arrives surely?

no because there is a rumor saying it will come out BEFORE ios 5 to prepare macs for the upgrade.
