I cannot seem to get my wife's contacts on iCloud?

I've been using iOS 5 GM for since it came out and haven't had any problem getting mine on there my wife's just won't seem to go.

I've tried dragging & dropping the vcard into the contacts window with no luck however I was fully able to do this with my iCloud/MobileMe.

I've got the contacts actually on her phone but they ARE NOT showing up/syncing up with iCloud.

Ideas?
