Selling iPhone 4 soon, any reason not to install iOS 5?

I just bought the 4S, and so when it arrives I will be selling my old AT&T iPhone 4. Is there any reason to keep the phone on iOS 4 when selling it for jailbreaking / unlocking purposes, or should I just go ahead and upgrade?

Yes, if you upgrade to iOS 5 without preserving the baseband, it will not be unlockable unless a new tool comes out.

It's not yet known if the gevey sim can unlock the new baseband from iOS5, but it probably can't.
