Mail not sending on my iPad

Downloaded everything went smooth, added the new me address, Recieved the welcome letter but can't send mail, can anyone help please?

Getting email errors also - can't receive email to the .me address. Haven't tried sending yet. Will do.

I was able to receive one email on a newly created @me.com email address an hour ago. Now I cannot send/receive anything, maybe it's a problem with the email servers?
