Two e-mail accounts, two sounds?

I have two e-mail accounts (me.com and work). Is there a way to set a different sound notification of new e-mail for each account? Alternatively, is there a way to mute notification for one account but have a sound notification enabled for the other?

Unbelievable. This has been a request that has long-been discussed here and elsewhere. It would be nice to know why this hasn't happened (i.e. technical reason or some business/policy consideration).
