OSX 10.7.2 System Crashes and Report Crash

Just upgraded to 10.7.2 this evening and having issues launching a large number of applications that i normally use.
I first noticed Microsoft for Mac 2008 Excel crashing when attempting to launch.
Then I noticed Safari was extremely slow when launching certain sites, Gmail for example loads partially but then freezes up when launching the GChat section which i believe runs on Adobe Flash..
Also when i load up the Adobe.com website Safari Freezes up with BBOD, a Command-R will refresh allows the site to attempt to load again.
Firefox constantly crashed initially.. dont remember which version i had installed.. but after i upgraded to the newest version it seems to have resolved Firefox crashings..

I have rebooted into safemode and performed a Disk Util Disk permissions repair.. but after rebooting back into OSX normally i still have the same issues..
One more thing to note.. Console also shows every 10 seconds - crash reports of 3 applicationns

Flipshare - which was previously removed
Blackberry Desktop Manager
VNC Server

An example of the error:

Anyone else having issues with Safari or flash or Blackberry Desktop Manager? or reinstalling any of the above?

I'm having problems with SystemUIServer, causes my menu bar items to continually refresh. Its driving me insane.

there site suddenly requires a pre-shared key to register (lexmark) for some reason.

Until 10.7.1 I haven't problems with my network printer Brother DCP-7065DN, but since I update to 10.7.2 I can't print anymore, only obtain blank papers of the printer.

oddly enough, i tried printing the next day and it printed fine. To my knowledge I'd not rebooted/installed anything...

go figure.
