Lost all Apps from different account

Hi guys,
so after update to iOS 5, I lost all my apps from my japanese account.
I had 100 apps and now down to 48 :(

Is there a way getting it back?
iTunes for some odd reasons, didn't back the japanese apps either...

Open the store, look at "Purchased". You'll see what's not on your device.
