After I updated to iOS 5 the "Other" data is now showing at 6 GB. What happened? I updated from a jailbreak but didn't unjailbreak first. is there a way to fix this?
Have you synced up all your apps from when you backed up? I can't be sure but the 'Other' sector went from ~10GB to <1GB for me when I loaded up all the apps that I had after restore. I wonder if the 'Other' counts towards the application data for the specific apps.
