IE (bleh) is working OK with MR but my Safari 1.2.4 isn't.

All of a sudden, I can't use any of the formatting (bold, italic, etc) tools in the reply box. Can't post links either... nothing happens.

Is is just me?

OK... it's me. Have now booted and am running from a cloned disk and that's working fine. Must have broken Javascript (?) on my main Safari install... or something.

Too much weirdness tonight.

Yeah, I had that problem with my old Panther install. I had installed some Safari hacks and they messed it up. Clean install cleared it up.

I keep getting this message when I click back on macrumors (when going back to the main page). In safari RSS.

"Warning: mysql_connect(): Lost connection to MySQL server during query in /home/macrumor/public_html/csspvt/cssdbinit.inc on line 8
Unable to connect to database"

can anyone help?

Is anyone else losing MacRumors' formatting when viewing the site through Firefox? Forums work fine and the main pages work in other browsers, but it's not working for me in Firefox (v1.0)

The Database error was just that... hopefully will be fixed with the new server.

For some reason you are not loading the CSS file. close the browser and reload.

A semi-ralated issue... Since I upgraded to Tiger, I get those "?" marks in some of the post titles on the right column. Look at the picture to see what I mean. It's obviously a font issue, but is that on my side or yours?
