how to upload from ipod to mac

i download my music from itunes at work because the connection is fast. where do i find a program that will let me upload from ipod to my home computer? i can find it all over for pc but it seems less common for mac.

Not really, there are plenty of apps to help you do this on the Mac and there are already plenty of topics on the subject ;)

I use PodWorks (http://www.scifihifi.com/podworks/) and highly recommend it. There is also this (http://clockworkapple.net/) freeware alternative.
