iPod 5th Gen Nano contacts won't sync

Ok after i upgraded to IOS5 i tried to sync my 5th gen nano the one with the video camera. Plugged it into my macbook pro and it syncs everything except my contacts they won't export to the nano? I restored it re-booted it and still it won't sync the contacts. Anyone have this problem and solve it?
